What is the manufacturing process of our products?
The manufacturer holds an ‘Environmental Management System’ certificate since 2008, meaning this company is accountable for their environmental footprint. From the building’s insulation, ventilation and air extraction system (to prevent the need to use air-conditioning, zero emissions of toxic chemicals, to soy based inks, using recycled materials and general recycling of materials with other organisatsions like Planet Ark and TerraCycle, and using the Green Technology Investment program, this business cares about the environment.
What are our products made from?
Made from sustainably sourced and recycled materials. FSC certified.
How do we package our products?
Keepin’ it minimal. There’s no plastic shrink-wrapping on the cards inside the box. Lovingly hand collated, each package will be unique.
Do we use Post Bags?

When do you deliver/post?
To stay true to our environmental ethos and impact – we will post on Tuesday & Thursday.
Orders need to be placed by 11am to make the courier/postage collection time. To maintain a reduced carbon footprint, from pick up and delivery.
Domestic - you could expect to receive your package between 3-5 business days. However due to COVID delays of 7-14 days could be experienced.
International – you could expect to receive your package between 7-30 days.
There are some circumstances that could be beyond our control and it could take longer than estimated.
If you do require your order urgently, there is an Express Delivery option.
