What does sustainability mean?

Sustainability consists of fulfilling the human needs of present generations with the intention to not disrupt the needs of future generations, while we endeavour to find a harmonious balance across economic growth, environmental care and social well-being.

There's a LOT of green washing going on, which means buzz words like organic, natural, nature, eco-friendly etc, are being thrown around without the right intent, making it extremely difficult to determine what is real, ethical and what's just marketing.
Here's how we play our part in supporting sustainability initiatives:
1. The Conscious Kids Affirmation Cards are proudly Made in Australia! Huge reduction in carbon emissions as we don't have freight from getting our product manufactured off-shore.
The facility where our cards are manufactured take their environmental impact very seriously; structural materials used in the building were determined based on acoustic and thermal qualities.
Insulation, cross-ventilation and a sophisticated air extraction system (utilising temperature-controlled energy-efficient automation) helps maintain a constant temperature within our factory area without the need for air conditioning and its associated high energy use.
Printed with vegetable based inks without the heavy toxic chemical resiude.
